Role Overview:
We are looking for a performance-focused marketer who understands how to run and optimize Meta & Google campaigns for D2C brands.
The candidate should have hands-on execution experience and basic strategic understanding of full-funnel marketing, with a focus on driving profitable growth (target ~3X ROAS mindset).
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management
- Execute and manage campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)
- Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs
Funnel & Strategy Support:
Assist in building TOF–MOF–BOF funnel structure
Work on:
- Cold audience targeting
- Retargeting campaigns
- Basic customer journey mapping
Performance Tracking:
- Track and report key metrics:
- ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate
- Ads Manager
- Google Analytics
Creative Coordination:
Coordinate with designers/content team for:
- Ad creatives
- Copy suggestions
- Identify winning creatives and scale them
Testing & Optimization:
- Run A/B tests on:
- Creatives
- Audiences
- Campaign structures
- Pause underperforming ads and scale winners
Requirements Must-Have
- 1.5 – 3.5 years of experience in Performance Marketing (D2C preferred)
- Hands-on experience in:
- Meta Ads (campaign setup & optimization)
- Google Ads basics
- Understanding of:
- Pixel tracking
- Conversion tracking
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with Shopify or eCommerce brands
- Understanding of:
- Retargeting strategies
- Basic CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
Key KPIs:
- ROAS improvement (target mindset: 2X–3X+)
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Conversion rate (CVR)
- Campaign scalability
