Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Performance Marketer, located in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, search engines, and email marketing. This role involves analyzing campaign performance, refining strategies based on data insights, managing paid advertisements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility. Ongoing innovation and performance tracking will be crucial to achieving measurable results.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Paid Media Campaigns, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Paid Social Media Advertising
- Knowledge of Analytics, Campaign Performance Tracking, and ROI Optimization
- Experience with Email Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Retargeting Tactics
- Familiarity with A/B Testing, Performance Metrics Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics platforms
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to execute multiple campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset and experience turning data insights into actionable strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus
- Understanding of e-commerce, especially in the FMCG sector and food industry, is an advantage
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment with occasional in-office collaboration
