Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in the Mohali district. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid campaigns across digital platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring a high return on investment. The role includes managing budgets, collaborating with creative teams to design ads, and identifying growth opportunities. The candidate will work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure timely reporting on campaign outcomes.

- Strong skills in Analytics, Data Interpretation, and Budget Management
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute result-driven marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
