Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Kolkata. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and business growth. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, managing paid advertising initiatives, and collaborating with the creative team to align marketing efforts with brand goals. This role involves data-driven decision-making and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Social Media Advertising
- Strong skills in Campaign Optimization and Performance Analysis
- Experience in SEO, Keyword Research, and Analytics Tools
- Ability to develop and implement Marketing Strategies and execute A/B Testing
- Excellent Communication and Team Collaboration skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
