Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in planning,
executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should be proficient
in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver ROI-driven
results. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and data-driven decision-making to run
high-performing campaigns aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyse audience insights, competitor trends, and market behaviour to develop effective targeting strategies.
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns for key performance indicators such as CTR,
- CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and optimise landing pages for engagement and conversions.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and recommend strategies to maximise ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a Related Field.
- Candidates with strong portfolios of previous campaigns, including freelancing or
Internship work will also be considered.
