About the Role

This is not a basic “run ads and send reports” role.

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can understand a market before spending budget, identify real demand, build structured campaigns, and scale what works.

You should be comfortable working across paid media, SEO insights, funnels, landing pages, tracking, and reporting.

What This Role Requires

You will be expected to:

  • Understand the market before launching campaigns
  • Identify where real demand already exists
  • Use SEO and search intent to define target audiences
  • Build and optimize paid campaigns across key platforms
  • Improve funnels, landing pages, and conversion quality
  • Scale winning campaigns and cut weak ones quickly
  • Make decisions based on data, not assumptions


Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research Before Execution
  • Use keyword research and search intent to identify demand
  • Study competitors, ads, funnels, and positioning
  • Define audience segments based on behavior and intent
  • Align campaign messaging with what users are already searching for


2. Paid Media Execution

Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across:

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads when required

You should be able to structure campaigns across funnel stages:

  • Cold audience campaigns
  • Warm audience campaigns
  • Retargeting campaigns

You will also work closely on creative direction, copy angles, and offer testing.


3. Funnel and Conversion Thinking
  • Analyze landing pages and conversion flows
  • Identify drop-off points
  • Improve lead quality, not just lead volume
  • Suggest changes that improve campaign performance
  • Connect ad strategy with website and landing page performance


4. Performance Optimization and Scaling
  • Track CPA, ROAS, conversion quality, and campaign efficiency
  • Run consistent testing across creatives, audiences, angles, and offers
  • Scale campaigns that show profitable performance
  • Stop or restructure campaigns that are not working


5. Tracking and Data Clarity

Set up and manage:

  • Google Tag Manager
  • Meta Pixel
  • Google Analytics
  • Conversion tracking
  • Campaign performance reports

Tracking must be accurate before scaling campaigns.


6. International Campaign Exposure
  • Work on campaigns targeting markets such as the US, UAE, and similar international regions
  • Adapt strategy based on competition, audience behavior, and buying intent
  • Understand how campaign performance changes across different markets


What We Expect From You
  • 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Strong portfolio with real campaign results
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Experience managing meaningful ad budgets
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Ability to conduct market and competitor research
  • Strong knowledge of funnel strategy and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Ability to make independent, data-backed decisions
