We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize high-converting digital campaigns across Meta and Google platforms to generate quality real estate leads and maximize ROI.

💼 Experience: 1–3 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects
• Create audience targeting and retargeting strategies
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, and ROAS
• Coordinate with creative and sales teams for better conversions
• Prepare performance reports and insights
• Stay updated with the latest platform trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing updates
• Handle basic social media management and campaign coordination
🔹 Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and analytics tools
• Understanding of latest social media trends and platform updates
• Basic social media management skills
• Creative thinking with analytical decision-making ability
• Experience in real estate marketing will be preferred
