Performance Marketer

The Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer to own all paid acquisition at FA. Reporting directly to Founder, you will build and run the full funnel — from paid ads to webinar registrations to paid enrollments — solo, without agency support.
Within 90 days, the goal is a paid acquisition engine that runs predictably: we pour budget in, enrollments come out at a known cost. You own that number end-to-end.
Responsibilities
– Own paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube TrueView, and WhatsApp — strategy, execution, and optimisation

Drive the full webinar funnel: registration volume, show-up rate, and masterclass-to-paid conversion — not just the top of the funnel

Build and maintain the performance dashboard tracking CAC, CPL, webinar show-up rate, and cost per paid enrollment — shared weekly with the founder
–
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages — document every learning, scale what works, kill what doesn''t
–
Manage the paid budget tightly — we''re bootstrapped and every rupee needs to justify itself
– Feed audience intelligence back into product, content, and community decisions
Requirements
Campaign Execution
–
3–6 years running paid campaigns independently — not assisting. You own the numbers and can name them
–
Hands-on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads at real monthly spend — tell us your
number when you apply

YouTube TrueView and WhatsApp click-to-chat campaigns — built and optimised independently
– Experience running A/B tests with structured documentation of learnings
Funnel & Analytics
–
Webinar or event registration funnel experience specifically — you know the difference between optimising for registrations vs show-up rate vs downstream paid conversion –
GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and spreadsheet modelling are daily tools — not things you occasionally open
– Ability to read attribution data, identify funnel drop-offs, and act on them without being told –
Comfortable building performance dashboards from scratch — not just reading ones someone else built
Tools & Stack

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads — must-have

GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager — must-have

WhatsApp Business API or click-to-chat campaigns — strong plus –
CRM or marketing automation (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar) — a plus –
Daily usage of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your own workflow — non negotiable at an AI company
Context & Mindset
– Experience in edtech, D2C, or any high-consideration funnel where the lead-to-paid journey is 3–7 days

Worked at a bootstrapped or early-stage company — budget discipline as a skill, not a complaint

Campaigns in Hindi or targeting Tier 2/3 India — strong plus

Strong independent execution — takes context and runs without repeated follow-ups
