We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer (Meta Ads Specialist)

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) campaigns
• Drive leads, sales & ROI for multiple brands
• Work on conversion-focused funnels (WhatsApp, Website, Landing Pages)
• A/B test creatives, copies & audiences
• Analyze performance & scale winning campaigns
• Collaborate with creative team for ad creatives
What We’re Looking For:
• 6 months – 2 years of experience in performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of lead generation & e-commerce campaigns
• Data-driven mindset
Bonus Points If You:
• Have worked with fashion, lifestyle or D2C brands
• Understand WhatsApp funnel & automation
• Can suggest creative ideas for ads (not just run them)
Location: Jaipur (Work from office preferred)
Salary: As per experience
