We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer (Senior Associate)

What You’ll Do
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Manage daily performance tracking for leads, conversions, and spend
• Work closely with creative and content teams to test new hooks, formats, and messaging
• Analyse CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel performance to improve results
• Execute A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest actionable improvements
• Monitor audience behaviour and optimise targeting strategies
• Track competitor ads, trends, and benchmarks in the education space
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with internal teams
• Align paid campaigns with organic content and overall growth goals
• Work from the TGS Dreamer Pune office with cross-functional teams
We’re Looking For Someone Who
• Has hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns
• Understands full-funnel performance marketing for lead generation
• Is comfortable analysing data and turning insights into action
• Knows how creatives, copy, and targeting impact performance
• Has a strong grasp of paid marketing metrics and optimisation strategies
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Experience: 1–4 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media roles.
