Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. The role will focus on generating high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, tracking data, and helping convert enquiries into bookings.
Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns.
- Manage ad budgets and monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROI.
- Generate quality leads for weddings and luxury events.
- Research target audiences and create segmented campaigns.
- Test ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and lead forms.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights.
- Coordinate with design, content, and events teams.
- Improve lead quality and campaign efficiency over time.
Requirements
- Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of analytics, tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Good knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Prior experience in events, weddings, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
