Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable business outcomes. This role requires a data-driven approach and close collaboration with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments
- Track key metrics and prepare detailed performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives
Requirements
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in campaign optimization and performance testing
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver against defined KPIs
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Compensation
Salary range: 5–8 LPA, depending on experience
