Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Raipur. The Performance Marketer will plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social media, and display to drive patient inquiries, appointments, and brand visibility. Responsibilities include managing paid advertising budgets, conducting A/B tests, tracking key metrics, and improving conversion rates for hospital services. The role involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to understand service priorities, creating targeted campaign briefs, and coordinating with designers and content creators for ad assets. The Performance Marketer will regularly analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic marketing decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in performance marketing, including paid search (SEM), paid social, and display advertising, with a focus on ROI and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, basic Excel or Google Sheets) to monitor and interpret campaign performance.
- Ability to develop and manage digital marketing funnels, landing pages, and basic CRO techniques to improve lead quality and volume.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to brief and review ad copy, visual assets, and messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, or service-based industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
