Role Description
What are we looking for:
- We are looking for someone who has experience in scaling performance marketing campaigns across multiple product categories
- You should have a marketing bug: Be it staying updated with what’s new with Facebook and Google, to figuring out how we can leverage those changes to improve our campaigns
- Ability to drive data-backed business decisions for revenue growth
- Devil lies in the details: We are looking for someone who is Detail Oriented
- Experience of working in unstructured environments and entrepreneurial in nature
- Ability to handle multi-category campaigns simultaneously — managing separate strategies, budgets, and creative directions across different product lines without losing focus
- Experience in handling high-volume creatives and building a structured ad creative management flow — from briefing and tagging to performance tracking and iteration cycles
- Strong understanding of audience and engagement breakdowns for optimisation — able to slice data by age, gender, placement, device, and interest to make informed scaling and budget allocation decisions
What are your responsibilities:
- You would be responsible for handling our Facebook and Google Campaigns - This includes managing existing budget, but also scale the same
- You KPI would be to optimise CAC and ROAS, which would include not only working the dashboard, but also closely working with content team to guide them in creating high converting ads based on what is working and what isn’t
- While FB and Google is the primary focus, over time we would also like to experiment with other channels like Taboola, Snap etc
- While you’ll be primarily responsible for new user acquisition through performance campaigns, you’ll also work closely with the team to leverage campaign data — audience insights, engagement signals, and behavioural patterns — to support retention efforts
Qualifications
- You must have 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a consumer goods D2C brand managing multi-category campaigns
- Expertise in Paid Advertising, Google Ads, and Social Media Advertising
- Proficiency in Analytics Tools, Performance Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision Making
- Knowledge of Content Strategy Optimization and A/B Testing
- Understanding of E-commerce Marketing, Customer Acquisition, and Retention Strategies
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to market trends
- You should have managed monthly budgets of greater than 1cr
- This is a work-from-office role - You should be willing to travel to Okhla, Delhi
- Experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce industries is a plus
