Job Title: Performance Marketer (Social Media Ads)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and scaling campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other relevant channels
• Manage daily campaign operations including budgeting, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creatives
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives and messaging
• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging tools in performance marketing
• Ensure proper tracking implementation using pixels, tags, and conversion tracking tools
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
• Proven experience managing ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards
• Ability to manage and optimize large advertising budgets
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in scaling campaigns for e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation businesses
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
• Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms
