About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and growth-focused Performance Marketer who can independently strategize, execute, optimize, and scale digital campaigns across multiple advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling substantial budgets, turning data into actionable insights, and confidently presenting campaign performance and recommendations to clients.
This role requires someone who combines creativity with data-driven decision-making and has a strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, analytics, attribution, and performance optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution- Plan, create, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Programmatic and emerging ad platforms
- Build full-funnel marketing strategies for lead generation, conversions, app installs, traffic, and revenue growth.
- Develop audience targeting strategies, customer journey mapping, and retargeting funnels.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
Budget Management- Manage and optimize campaign budgets across platforms.
- Handle medium to large advertising spends while maintaining defined KPIs.
- Optimize campaigns based on:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CPL
- CAC
- CTR
- Conversion Rates
- Reallocate budgets strategically based on performance trends.
Analytics & Data Interpretation- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities through data insights.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance metrics.
- Create dashboards and performance reports using tools such as:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Looker Studio
- Google Tag Manager
- Excel/Google Sheets
- Translate complex performance data into clear business recommendations.
Client Communication & Reporting- Present campaign performance, insights, and growth recommendations confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Explain campaign metrics and performance trends in simple business terms.
- Participate in strategy discussions and client meetings.
- Build performance reports with actionable next steps rather than only presenting numbers.
Tracking & Attribution- Implement and monitor:
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion Tracking
- Pixel implementation
- UTM structures
- Attribution models
- Ensure proper tracking setup and data accuracy across channels.
Creative & Testing- Work closely with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing on:
- Ad copy
- Creatives
- Landing pages
- Audiences
- Campaign structures
- Continuously improve campaign efficiency through experimentation.
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
