We are urgently seeking a Performance Marketer to join our team in Kochi. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for driving high-impact marketing campaigns and leveraging analytics to achieve measurable results. Key Responsibilities:
* Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms to drive traffic and sales.
* Optimize Campaigns: Continuously optimize campaigns to ensure high ROI and improved performance across multiple channels.
* Analyze Data: Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Align Marketing Goals: Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with overall business goals for maximum impact.
* Lead Performance Initiatives: Guide and mentor the team to implement best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in performance marketing and managing SEM campaigns.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
* Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹40,000+ (based on experience)
