Job Description
Performance Marketing
- Own and execute performance marketing strategy across channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and affiliate platforms.
- Lead end-to-end campaign creation—from audience segmentation and ad copy to creatives and landing page integration.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for improved click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Develop and implement strategies to improve campaign visibility, targeting, and reach across all digital platforms.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Setup and manage CRM systems to enable automation, segmentation, and personalized outreach.
- Build multi-channel customer journeys for key events such as product launches, lead nurturing, and follow-ups.
- Configure trigger-based workflows across WhatsApp, SMS, and Email for timely and relevant engagement.
- Monitor engagement metrics, conversion rates, and attributed revenue to optimize workflows for performance.
Skills And Knowledge
- Performance Marketing | Google Ads | Meta Ads | Marketing Automation
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Campaign Performance Optimization | Retargeting Strategies | Funnel Management
- Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways, and Email tools
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills – Verbal & Written
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven approach environment
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
