Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Kozhikode, Kerala. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing digital advertising campaigns, overseeing and optimizing advertising performance metrics, conducting market and competitor analyses, and managing paid media strategies. They will also focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven decisions and A/B testing.
Qualifications
- Experience in Performance Marketing, including paid media strategies and campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, performance tracking, and metrics optimization
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC channels
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer segmentation
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate results to stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in branding and marketing firms is a plus
