Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Performance Marketer, based in Ahmedabad. The Performance Marketer will develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase user engagement, and generate leads. Core responsibilities include creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing data to optimize campaign performance, managing budgets across digital platforms, and implementing strategies for search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals and brand strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertisement tools
- Expertise in data analysis, including performance tracking, reporting, and campaign optimization
- Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and social media marketing strategies
- Strong skills in content creation, including ad copywriting and creative conceptualization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and an understanding of customer acquisition funnels
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
