Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer based in Kochi. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for designing and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns, managing advertising budgets effectively, analyzing campaign metrics, and optimizing strategies to achieve key business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies while focusing on digital platforms for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing tools
- Experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics to track and optimize performance
- Content strategy and copywriting skills to craft impactful, target audience-focused ad campaigns
- Proficiency in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and budget management
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams to ensure campaign success
- Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role; familiarity with the education or tech industry is a plus
