Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Must have hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns and managing performance marketing for e-commerce brands, with a strong understanding of conversion funnels, ROAS, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns, ensuring ROI and KPI targets are met.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Analyse campaign data to generate actionable insights and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad copies, visuals, and landing pages are optimised for conversion.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, including algorithm changes and new platform features.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximise results while minimising costs.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
2. Proven experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
4. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid social media strategies.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
