About the Company
Noa is a VC-backed root-cause first, personalized, weight management startup targeting Tier-2 women primarily with a medical history (hypothyroid/bp/pre-diabetes/PCOS, etc). The user is assessed for weight management test via a 5-pillar protocol designed by our Doctors, Nutritionists, and Fitness Coaches. Based on the test, a routine kit of supplements is recommended along with complementary personalized nutrition decisions and a home-workout plan. The positioning is similar to Traya but for weight than hair.
Role Summary
We are looking for a performance marketer with an equally good right brain who can build success by crafting relevant narratives and content concepts. You have led brands from 0 to 1, drafted & experimented with various user personas, and later scaled the winning concepts. Using AI tools, you are like a Swiss-army knife who can juggle across performance dashboards, ideate concepts, manage content production, and love churning high-ROAS assets. You are 2-3 years into performance marketing and have realized the importance of consistently building a content bank to manage creative fatigue and scale to the first 1cr monthly quickly.
Responsibilities
- Own Digital GTM: Optimize, publish, analyze, and own the full performance of assets on Meta & Google.
- Build Narratives & Concepts: Test user personas, conduct primary & secondary research to craft narratives, experiment with content concepts, and improvise landing pages.
- Churn Content: Partner with creators, editors, and agencies to build high-converting video and graphic assets.
- Drive Repeat and Referral Growth: Execute targeted communication via WhatsApp/CRM for repeats, loyalty, and referrals.
Who You Are
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, specifically for D2C / B2C brands.
- Growth Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in the growth hustle of early-stage digital startups.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in sports, college organizations, or high-impact initiatives at work.
- Attitude: High energy and maturity to balance both fun at work and deep ownership for results.
