Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Jaipur. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and ROI. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing key metrics, managing paid advertising across online platforms, conducting A/B testing, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, including strategies for paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and data-driven campaign optimization
- Proficiency in Analytics Tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media analytics platforms
- Experience in Content Marketing and Campaign Management with a focus on performance-driven results
- Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking skills to measure campaign effectiveness and implement improvements
- Familiarity with Market Research and Consumer Insights
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for collaboration with various teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS industries and automation tools is a plus
