About the Role
We are seeking a result-oriented Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data, client communication, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
- Drive overall campaign performance to meet client KPIs and business goals
- Generate high-quality leads through targeted advertising strategies
- Analyze campaign data regularly and identify opportunities to improve ROI
- Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to align ad messaging and assets
- Track key metrics and prepare performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and communication
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Google Ads is mandatory
- Experience with Meta Ads and other advertising platforms
- Prior experience in client handling and account management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
Good to Have
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar reporting tools
- Basic understanding of SEO/content marketing
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
