Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition and creative testing across Meta platforms.
This is NOT a traditional brand marketing role.
You’ll focus on:
- Meta ads execution
- scaling acquisition
- creative testing
- CAC optimization
- audience experimentation
- campaign performance
You’ll work closely with the founder on:
- positioning
- hooks
- messaging
- growth experiments
- creative strategy

What You’ll Do
Meta Ads Management
- Launch and manage Meta campaigns (Instagram + Facebook)
- Structure ad sets and scaling flows
- Monitor campaign performance daily
- Optimize CAC, CTR, CPM, activation rates, and conversion metrics
- Handle retargeting and lookalike audience flows
Creative Testing
- Work with creators and editors to test large volumes of creatives
- Identify winning hooks, formats, and audience angles
- Rapidly iterate based on performance signals
- Coordinate creative refresh cycles
Audience & Funnel Optimization
- Test audiences across:
- students
- professionals
- productivity users
- parents
- medicine reminder use cases
- follow-up/payment reminder segments
- Analyze acquisition quality, not just cheap traffic
- Optimize for activated and retained users
Performance Analysis
Track and report:
- CAC
- activation rates
- funnel conversion
- retention quality by campaign
- creative performance
- scaling efficiency
Provide actionable insights, not just reports.
What We’re Looking ForStrong Fit If You:
- Have managed Meta ad campaigns for consumer products
- Think experimentally and move fast
- Understand creative testing deeply
- Know how to scale winning campaigns
- Care about retention quality, not vanity metrics
- Are comfortable working in lean startup environments
Preferred Experience
- 2–6 years in performance marketing / paid acquisition
- Consumer app or D2C experience preferred
- Strong Meta Ads Manager experience
- Understanding of CAC/LTV dynamics
- Experience scaling campaigns with UGC/reels
- Comfortable managing multiple creative tests simultaneously
Bonus:
- WhatsApp or chat-product growth experience
- Subscription product experience
- Early-stage startup exposure
