Role Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who understands digital advertising, campaign optimization, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and performance-driven with hands-on experience in running paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Generate quality leads for insurance products through digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversions
- Create audience targeting strategies and remarketing campaigns
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, and landing page requirements
- Track campaign performance using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad policies
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Understanding of lead generation campaigns and conversion optimization
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking setup
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in insurance, finance, or service-based industries will be an added advantage
