About The Brand
We are a fast-growing, founder-led D2C skin wellness brand rooted in clean, science-backed formulations. We sell directly to our consumers through our own website, marketplaces, and social commerce. Our marketing engine is the lifeblood of the business — and this role is at its center. We are not looking for someone who 'manages agencies'. We need someone who owns outcomes.
Who We Are Looking For
A hands-on, data-obsessed, self-starting performance marketer who has grown a D2C brand specifically in the skin, health, or wellness space. You must have operated campaigns independently — not just supervised — and be able to show hard proof of your work.
THE NON-NEGOTIABLE MINIMUM BAR
You MUST have all of the below. A single miss is a disqualifier.
✅ 3–5 years of performance marketing in D2C (not agency-side only, not B2B)
✅ At least 2 years working for a Skin / Beauty / Wellness / Health brand
✅ Independently managed Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts with ₹3L+ monthly spends
✅ Independently managed Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube)
✅ Can share real campaign dashboards, ROAS data, and performance screenshots
✅ Based in Hyderabad OR willing to relocate without relocation demands
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media — Meta Ecosystem
• Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across prospecting and retargeting funnels
• Write and test ad copy aligned with skin & wellness purchase psychology (pain points, claims, ingredients)
• Build and manage structured campaign hierarchies: ABO vs CBO, broad vs interest vs retargeting
• Analyse creative fatigue, frequency, CPM trends and act proactively
• A/B test creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages systematically
2. Paid Media — Google Ecosystem
• Run and optimise Google Search campaigns with strong negative keyword discipline
• Manage Performance Max (PMax) campaigns with proper asset group structuring
• Run Google Shopping for product listing ads with optimised feeds
• Execute YouTube In-Stream and Discovery campaigns for awareness and retargeting
• Track and manage Quality Score, Ad Rank, and ROAS at keyword/ad group level
3. WhatsApp Marketing & Automation
• Manage WhatsApp Business API campaigns — broadcasts, drip flows, and re-engagement
• Integrate WhatsApp with CRM/automation tools (e.g. Interakt, WATI, AiSensy, or equivalent)
• Segment audiences for targeted WhatsApp campaigns (post-purchase, cart abandon, winback)
• Track opt-in rates, read rates, and conversion attribution from WhatsApp flows
4. Analytics & Attribution
• Own the performance dashboard — ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPM, CTR, CVR, blended MER
• Set up and maintain GA4 events, conversion tracking, UTM architecture
• Work with Pixel/Conversions API setup on Meta for signal quality improvement
• Understand attribution modelling — first-click, last-click, data-driven, and blended MER
• Conduct cohort analysis for repeat purchase and LTV tracking
5. Funnel & CRO Thinking
• Collaborate on landing page briefs to improve post-click conversion
• Run heatmap/session analysis (Hotjar or similar) and give data-backed recommendations
• Build retargeting logic across funnel stages — Awareness, Consideration, Decision
6. Creative Strategy & Briefing
• Write performance-led creative briefs for UGC, video, and static ads
• Identify creative angles using competitor research, reviews mining, and trend analysis
• Track creative fatigue and rotate creatives with data-backed decisions

• You have improved ROAS without just cutting budgets
• You understand that skin/wellness consumer psychology is different — claims, trust signals, ingredient education
• You think about the entire funnel — not just clicks and impressions
• You can work with limited creative resources and still produce results
