Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Bakshi Ka Talab. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels such as search, social, and display to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, setting and tracking performance KPIs, running A/B tests on creatives and landing pages, and analyzing data to identify insights and opportunities. The role will collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align performance marketing initiatives with broader business goals and product positioning. The Performance Marketer will also monitor market trends and competitors, and prepare regular performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in performance marketing, including hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, and display advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics and optimization, including working with tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Ability to develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies, set clear KPIs, and manage budgets efficiently.
- Experience creating and refining ad creatives and landing pages in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
- Experience in SaaS, B2B software, or marketing technology platforms is a plus.
