About the Company

Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
● Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI/ROAS
● Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
● Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns (bidding, creatives, targeting)
● Track performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights
● Work closely with the creative team for ad copies and creatives
● Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new ad formats
Requirements
● Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing
● Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
● Understanding of key metrics like CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS
● Experience in running lead generation and conversion campaigns
● Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
● Ability to analyze data and take optimization decisions independently
● Good communication and coordination skills
