Job Summary:
We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for our e-commerce business. The role focuses on driving traffic, conversions, and revenue through data-backed media buying and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance channels
- Manage daily ad budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, CPA, and CAC
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies
- Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Monitor performance and share insights through regular reports
- Stay updated with platform changes and industry best practices
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of experience in paid media buying (e-commerce preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Shopify/WooCommerce
