Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Performance Marketer to join our on-site team in Hyderabad. The role involves developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, driving conversions, and improving ROI. The Performance Marketer will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that target customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including paid search, display advertising, and paid social media campaigns
- Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO best practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and performance metric analysis
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and campaign tracking
- Experience in crafting compelling ad copy and marketing creatives
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in e-commerce or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
