Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Jaipur. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Key responsibilities include managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and employing strategies to maximize ROI. Additionally, the role will require collaborating with creative and analytics teams to ensure cohesive execution and continuous improvement of marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic advertising
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and leveraging analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns, and audience targeting strategies
- Strong skills in budget management and ROI optimization for campaigns
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams
- Creative problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for staying updated with industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with branding and graphic design basics is a plus
