Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udaipur for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign data, optimizing results, and ensuring return on investment for clients. Additional responsibilities include managing digital ad platforms, identifying trends, and collaborating with creative teams to achieve client goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Data analysis and optimization skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics
- Campaign planning and strategy development skills
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret key performance metrics and adjust strategies for enhanced results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a marketing agency or relevant industry is a plus
