Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Performance Marketer role. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid advertising strategies, analyzing campaign metrics, testing ad effectiveness, and identifying areas for growth. Collaborating with the creative and content teams to align marketing strategies, the Performance Marketer will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Paid Advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign management
  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, A/B Testing, and Performance Metrics Tracking
  • Knowledge in Social Media Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Retargeting Strategies
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing Tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to independently manage time and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with e-commerce or startup marketing is advantageous
