Position: Performance Marketer
Location: Banashankari, Bangalore (In-house ONLY)
Job Description:
As an Performance Marketer at iREVERB India, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive performance and achieve our clients’ objectives. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to develop effective advertising strategies and ensure the success of campaigns. This role requires expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and performance marketing.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to achieve client goals.
2. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
3. Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
4. Budgeting of ads
5. CRM integration
6. Funnel management
7. Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising strategies with overall marketing objectives and client requirements.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements:
1. Creating a digital ecosystem with Google & META tagging on the website & CRM integration.
2. Proven experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
3. Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts and strategies.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
5. Proficiency in keyword research and audience targeting.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. WordPress, Wix, or Elementor knowledge is an add-on.
