Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai with the flexibility to work remotely for select days. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. Daily activities include data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, managing digital ad platforms, conducting A/B testing, improving ROI, and overseeing key metrics like CTR and conversions. The role also involves collaborating with content and design teams to create impactful ad creatives and managing budgets to ensure efficient spending. Flexibility, analytical insight, and a strategic approach will be key to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, including campaign management and platform skills such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Data analysis and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or other data visualization tools for measuring campaign KPIs and drawing actionable insights
- A strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience in creating and optimizing ad creatives in collaboration with content and design teams
- Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in performance marketing
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and drive ROI
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Experience in moment marketing or working with trending events is a plus
