Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization to drive measurable growth and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, conversions, and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to ensure cost-efficient campaigns.
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams to improve campaign results.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital advertising.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
- Knowledge of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Pixels, Events)
- Experience with Google Analytics and campaign performance analysis
- Understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing strategies
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid platforms
- Knowledge of SEO and marketing funnels
- Experience in B2B lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising
