We’re hiring a Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns while driving measurable growth and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Monitor daily performance and improve KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL)
- Plan and manage monthly campaign strategies
- Work with creative team on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
- Track performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Execute retention marketing (WhatsApp, email campaigns)
- Create pitch decks and support client presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Ensure client goals and performance targets are met
- Train and guide interns
Requirements:
- Experience in performance marketing
- Strong understanding of digital ads and analytics
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
Key Metrics:
- Campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPL, conversions)
- Client retention and satisfaction
- Reporting accuracy and timely delivery
