Role Description
This is a full-time Performance Marketer role, though we are open to hybrid/gig mode too. The Performance Marketer will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms, analyze campaign performance, and identify data-driven opportunities for improvement. Daily tasks include creating and monitoring paid advertising campaigns, conducting A/B testing, enhancing customer acquisition funnels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The role also involves responsibility for budget management, reporting on key performance indicators, and driving measurable results to achieve business growth.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Paid Media Campaigns
- Experience in CPC, CPA, ROAS analysis, conversion, re-targeting and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager
- Practical experience with outreach campaigns and the common tools used for prospecting, sequencing, and follow-ups
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in A/B testing and campaign reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Understanding of audience segmentation and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or digital architecture sectors is a strong advantage
