Role Description: The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive conversions, revenue, and brand growth. Day-to-day work includes managing performance marketing budgets, monitoring campaign metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining targeting strategies to improve ROI. The role involves close collaboration with creative, social media, and account management teams to align performance campaigns with broader brand and hospitality objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular presence at the office to coordinate with internal stakeholders and contribute to client meetings and strategy sessions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and remarketing.
- Ability to work with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Experience in conversion rate optimisation, A/B testing, and funnel analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals such as audience segmentation, campaign planning, and KPI measurement.
- Familiarity with hospitality or service-based industries and interest in brand building and revenue-focused marketing.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain performance outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and budget tracking, and comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
