About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of our entire paid advertising efforts across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing substantial advertising budgets, making strategic real-time decisions, and consistently delivering profitable results. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in scaling our customer base and driving revenue growth through innovative and effective paid media strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing Facebook and Google ads for D2C or ecommerce brands.
- Proven experience managing monthly ad spends ranging from $50K to $100K+ profitably.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), custom conversions, and attribution models.
- Hands-on experience with Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns.
- Proficiency with Shopify platform integration and analytics.
- Data-driven decision-maker who optimizes campaigns based on performance metrics rather than assumptions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google platforms, overseeing monthly budgets and ensuring profitability.
- Launch, test, and optimize ad creatives daily, utilizing performance data to refine messaging and visuals.
- Build and manage various campaign structures including Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO), Ad Set Budget Optimization (ABO), Automatic and Manual Campaigns, Shopping, Search, and Performance Max (PMAX).
- Develop and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain Cost Per Purchase (CPP) within target benchmarks while scaling advertising spend to achieve aggressive growth.
- Manage multiple ad accounts and Business Manager profiles efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to brief and develop ad formats and angles that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor daily campaign performance metrics such as Cost Per Purchase (CPP), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Click (CPC), spend, and orders, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.
