About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Acquisition Specialist to join our marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and scaling our entire paid advertising portfolio across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing substantial ad budgets, making real-time data-driven decisions, and consistently delivering profitable results. Your expertise will directly contribute to our growth trajectory by optimizing ad campaigns, developing innovative strategies, and collaborating closely with creative teams to produce compelling ad content. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your strategic insights and hands-on management will drive measurable business outcomes and elevate our brand presence in the digital space.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience managing Facebook and Google ads specifically for D2C or ecommerce brands. You should have a proven ability to manage monthly ad spends ranging from $50K to $100K+ profitably. A strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), custom conversions, and attribution models is essential. Experience with Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max (PMAX) campaigns is required. Familiarity with Shopify is mandatory, as you will need to integrate and optimize campaigns within our ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, making decisions based on analytics rather than assumptions, and has a demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Responsibilities
→ Manage and scale advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google platforms, maintaining and optimizing monthly budgets effectively.
→ Launch, test, and optimize ad creatives daily based on performance metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
→ Build and manage various campaign structures such as Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO), Ad Set Budget Optimization (ABO), Automated Shopping Campaigns, Search campaigns, and Performance Max (PMAX).
→ Develop and refine custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
→ Maintain Cost Per Purchase (CPP) within predetermined benchmarks while scaling ad spend to achieve aggressive growth targets.
→ Oversee multiple ad accounts and Business Manager profiles, ensuring compliance and optimal setup.
→ Collaborate with the creative team to brief and develop ad formats and messaging that resonate with target audiences, based on performance insights.
→ Provide daily performance reports covering key metrics such as Cost Per Purchase (CPP), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Click (CPC), overall spend, and order volume.
