Role: Performance Marketer
We are seeking a data-driven performance marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid
media campaigns across multiple brands, including D2C, Retail, SaaS, and Fastor7’s own
products and services. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, analytical, and focused on
delivering strong ROI through performance-led strategies.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads,
LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
● Drive lead generation, user acquisition, and online sales through
performance-focused strategies
● Manage campaign budgets and ensure target ROI/ROAS across multiple accounts
● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages to improve
conversions
● Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track KPIs and share
insights with internal teams and clients
● Collaborate closely with design, content, and business development teams to align
campaigns with business goals
● Explore and implement AI and automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and
scalability
● Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and growth
opportunities
Requirements
● 2-4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably across E-commerce,
D2C, SaaS, or Tech Services
● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, and
Analytics tools
● Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPC, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and
LTV
● Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously
● Exposure to marketing automation and AI-powered ad tools is a plus
● Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
