Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Performance Marketer position. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve performance goals. Daily tasks include paid media management, performance analysis, A/B testing, campaign reporting, and budget allocation. The role also involves collaboration with design and content teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.
Experience Requirement
* Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience
* Portfolio mandatory
* Expertise in b2c lead generation and d2c sales would be preferred
* Industry - FMCG, Education, Finance, Real Estate would be a plus
* Role type: Full-time
* Work mode: Remote (WFH)
* Working days: Monday – Friday
* Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* Break: 1 hour
* Internship / Probation period: 3 months
* Reporting: Directly to Founder
* Equipment: Candidate must have own laptop & stable internet
* Payment cycle: Monthly credited
* Growth: Performance-based increments & long-term opportunity
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Paid Media Management, including platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Campaign Optimization, and A/B Testing
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with Marketing Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and performance tracking dashboards
- Strong team collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in budget management and understanding of ROI metrics
- Experience with email marketing tools and CRM platforms is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
