- Strategy & Optimization**: Develop data-driven strategies to acquire high-quality leads (boutique owners, tailors, fashion designers). Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Performance Analysis**: Monitor key metrics such as **ROAS**, **CPA**, **CPL**, **CTR**, conversion rates, and LTV. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and attribution models to provide actionable insights.
- Budget Management**: Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and scale successful campaigns.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation**: Run experiments on ad copies, visuals (fashion-focused imagery), and funnels to improve performance.
- Collaboration**: Work closely with the content, design, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with product features and target audience pain points in the fashion industry.
- Reporting**: Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for the leadership team.
- Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, especially those relevant to SaaS and the fashion/retail sector.
### Requirements & Qualifications
- **Experience**: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in **SaaS**, **fashion**, **e-commerce**, or **B2B tech**.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.
- Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or similar analytics platforms.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with fashion business owners.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- **Location**: Chennai (preferred) or open to remote/hybrid for exceptional candidates.
- **Language**: Fluency in English (Tamil or Hindi is a strong advantage for targeting Indian markets).
### What We Offer
- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup backed by strong credentials (IIT Madras).
- Direct impact on a meaningful product transforming the fashion industry.
- Flexible work environment and learning opportunities in fashion-tech.
- Health benefits and growth potential as the company scales.
