Role Description
We are seeking a Performance Marketer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Chennai office. The role involves designing, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, display, and social media. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and recommending strategies for maximizing ROI. The Performance Marketer will collaborate closely with the creative and analytics teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives. The role requires a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous adaptation to industry and platform changes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
- Expertise in campaign analysis, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) principles and strategies
- Skills in analytics tools like Google Analytics, as well as A/B testing and optimization
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and audience targeting
- Familiarity with content creation, copywriting, and creative ad design
- Effective communication skills, teamwork orientation, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
