We are looking for a Performance marketer to scale paid acquisition for our fast-growing D2C brand selling in the USA market.
You will own and manage six-figure monthly ad budgets, driving profitable growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Manage and scale $100K+ monthly ad budgets while maintaining strong ROAS and CAC targets
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for the US market
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages
• Work closely with the creative and website teams to improve conversion rates
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, GA4, and performance reporting
• Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and expand into additional channels
Requirements
• 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads
• D2C / e-commerce experience is mandatory
• Experience managing large ad budgets ($100K+ per month)
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
Good to Have
• Experience with Amazon Ads
• Familiarity with Shopify or D2C e-commerce brands
