Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can own end-to-end paid campaigns and drive leads & sales through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage & scale Google Ads + Meta Ads (must)
- Plan, execute & optimize lead generation & sales campaigns
- Analyze performance, ROI, CPL, CAC & improve results
- Work on funnels, creatives, targeting & retargeting
- A/B testing of ads, audiences & landing pages
- Daily monitoring & reporting of campaign performance
Requirements
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Results-driven mindset (leads/sales focused)
- Experience in Astrology / Spiritual industry (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
