Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Own the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance channels, driving high-intent traffic and measurable conversions.
Optimization & Scaling
Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, creatives, and audience targeting to exceed KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
A/B Testing & Experimentation
Design and execute structured experiments across ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to unlock consistent improvements in conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights and deliver clear, performance-driven reports to internal teams and clients.
Funnel & Tracking Integration
Work closely with development and automation teams to ensure accurate tracking, seamless lead flows, and reliable attribution across the funnel.
Market Intelligence
Stay ahead of industry shifts, platform updates (iOS changes, cookieless tracking), and emerging technologies (AI-driven bidding) to keep campaigns competitive and future-ready.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
1–2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social and search campaigns. Experience in B2B or SaaS is a strong plus.
Technical Proficiency
Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), and Google Analytics (GA4).
Analytical Mindset
Strong data interpretation skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and visualization tools, enabling you to turn numbers into growth strategies.
Creative Strategy
Ability to craft clear, insight-driven briefs that help design teams produce high-performing, conversion-focused creatives.
Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights, performance, and strategy confidently to clients.
Nice to Have
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
